Well they know they can't take all our guns so what do they do? Kill the ammo supply. My reload guy for 9mm cast bullets is running 4 mo behind and he said that a lot of his customers are having to go out of business. One has now canceled opening a new gun range just because he doesn't know what's going to happen. Getting to the point we can't even shoot competition or at the range anymore.

No different than drugs - we'll put Mexico in business for ammo. And, there are always crooked goverment officials and law enforcement agents willing to make extra money by looking the other way.

Mexico is, the true land of opportunity.

I went to the local shop last week. AR15's are starting to reappear. 25-30% higher prices, but it does appear to be settling down quite a bit. It will be a while till they catch up.

My buddy ordered a CNC lower from a custom builder here. Supply was cut off because Bank of America cut off funds to their machine shop in their oun attempt of gun control. Feel free to cancel your BofA credit cards...

A couple of weeks ago, my wife made the suggestion that we should pick up some ammo for our colt .45 ACP's. So over the course of a couple of days we visited all the normal ammo suppliers within about 30 miles. Nothing! All dried up here in south central Massachusetts. Who would have thought that trying to buy some .45 ACP and a brick of .22 LR would be an impossibility.

Went to Maine this past weekend and stopped at the Kittery Trading Post. I figured for sure they'd have ammo.

Well, for all practical purposes, they are picked clean. The only things on the shelves are some odd-ball calibers. They have no idea as to when they might get more.

Guns are not anywhere as useful of fun without ammo!

No one is going to the range.....everyone is afraid to waste the ammo because you might not be able to buy it again.

Where the HELL did all the ammo go?

Same here, i went to dial in a new scope... 20 rounds, done, and gone. I found a couple small boxes of reload bullets on line, but they were different brands and grains, neither were what i really wanted. It's the hoarding. I am sitting on a box of 750 rounds myself. I am not even going to open the box till i know i can get more...

yep, because there's no protection in the 2nd for ammo. And that's the way they're going to do it. I wish now I would've taken my dad's reload gear and just sat here and pumped out loads of ammo. Of course, they'll figure that out eventually and then they'll address primers, powder and bullets. One way or the other, this Nazi will have his way.
I pray for the revolution. We're overdue.

Well heck. I ain't no lawyer.

But, that certainly seems like an infringement.

Bullets make guns go bang, bang.

Taking away the bang, bang can be an infringement to the right of gun ownership. I just don't see anyway that can be denied.

I guess.

wait for it D, wait for it. By hook or by crook, they'll make it happen.
Your average street criminal might burn 20 rounds in a year in order to kill 3 kids sitting on a corner in a drive-by, whereas most lawful gun owners burn lots of ammo practicing and enjoying the sport/hobby of shooting. That's how they'll get us. Will never effect the hoodrats out gangbanging. All part of the Chicago master plan.

A Table mention from a close associate :

His view was a complete total 180 degree the opposite.

The reason sales are going nut's - and their is one heck of backlog in production : is for another reason.

NOT for Confiscation or a Fracture in the 2nd - But because people are really spooked !!!! Their are a Legion of first time buy's.

Further their are LOT's that are just candy eater's. Can't ever have enough. The green brass guy's.

It's a production hiccup based on market demand -and the new Nookie Nut's buyer's that are going to missing toe's and have hole's in the roof's of new pick-ups.

Production can't catch the back log - but it's getting a little easier. A price and demand thing.

The GSA " Government Service's Administration" : The Purchasing Dept of Uncle Sam: Has placed large volume order's from many source's. Any body that can make the contract in QC standard's.
\ Some in "std" , and lot's in more common every day consumer stuff. Mass volume - and they are already setting on mass volume of NATO.

Wilder than the volumes on the contract's : Is the weirdo dispersion on stock location's for storage or ship location's..

Maybe it's NOT what we think it is ??? It's for the consumer - citizen. Just FREE!!!!!!! Bucket or by the sack -

Yeah, they are certainly giving it a go. No doubt about that.

Some are saying they can disarm America in one generation.

I don't but that. Over 230 years of being a gun culture is not going to go away in one generation. Especially not when the focus is on the law abiding, tax paying, hard working and honest citizen that simply wants to protect themselves and their families.

I am of the thinking that a black market will come about and America will remain armed, and armed well. The shortage of ammo is a set back. But, the entrepreneurial American spirit will step forward and fix that.

The war on drugs? How has THAT worked out?

You want to fix that war ? 30 Day's - and a stock truck on the street's every morning. It would cause a financial collapse in that farm to market business. A whole different revolution : What's the death toll just last year in Mexico ?? or kidnapping's ? or be heading's ??
