So after going over the entire setup 3 time i have a strange issue.

I have 11 degrees cyclic and 11 degrees collective.

When i move the cyclic stick away from center i get full throw to 11 degrees with only moving the stick about half way. If i set 75% dual rates then it takes the entire stick throw from center to the end of throw to get it to 11 degrees.

So it it is like the swash is way ahead of my stick movements.

It will not do this in flight, all fbl systems behave weirdly on the ground.

60% of the time, it works every time!

Hey.

As above it won't happen in flight.
With FBL systems you are demanding a specific roll/flip rate of rotation dictated by stick input. With the model stationary the FBL units doesn't detect the fuselage responding to control inputs so throws in more control movement to effect a change.
