I have flown my scale Bell 206 and now I can say I have flown in the full scale. I went for a ride in Sedona, AZ with my girlfriend this weekend while up North.

Congratulations!

FYI
It's more intense with the cabin doors removed.

Yeah full scale is awesome. My flights at treetop/nape of the earth in Blackhawks while stationed in Germany in the late 80s is at the top of my life experiences, followed by my heli tours in Hawaii with the wife.

It is interesting how they situated the airport as well. They built it on top of a mesa.

My wife got me an introductory lesson a couple of years ago for my birthday. That was so cool. I asked the pilot to do an auto at the end. He did it. It was so cool. It was in a Robinson r22.

I should check and see what a introductory flight would cost.

My ultimate fullsize heli experiences include flying doors off NOE (nap of the earth) like Jason did, but in a hughes 500 is at the top of the list, the MD500 is the porche of fullsize helis. Departing Teterboro in an S76 was especially nice when i am used to the long lines for takeoff while flying fixed wing. waaay cool!

An intro flight for the heli was abt 150 bucks. You get in an the pilot explains the controls then takes you up for the ride and then let's you take control. At the end of my flight, after he did the auto, he let me try and hover. Wow was the cyclic sensitive! What a blast though. Do it if you can. You will love it!
