Can you please post a video of one of your flights?I know how im flying mine and I don't have any of them issues so you have to be ringing it out bad, would love to see a killer flight if ya can?
What?
You've actually posted all those issues yourself.lol...

Broken landing gear tip over.
Bad ESCs.

All of it.

I get that you're a die hard Align fanboi and defend them to the point of ridiculousness but your condescending post is just lame.

There are hundreds of thousands of helis out there flying and you only see a very limited few...There are issues you will never see...Deal with it.
This is all coming from someone that has no friends, flys alone and has nothing better to do than stirr up drama like always..
Please troll my past post and show where I said the landing gears break during tip overs.I had 2 ESC's go bad in 5 years but I also put hundreds of flights on them so kinda don't expect them to last forever ..Stripped TT gears on my Trex 550 but I also had cheap aftermarket frames that came with it so lesson learned there..
Watch what happens ---> Every time you post in a thread,it gos down hill with your trash talking like always but yet after 4 years you wonder why ya don't get along with others..
I ask a simple question and here you come like always talking about something you never owned and never will own so go play in the mud with someone else.....

Those were the old Align issues I had, Align has definitely stepped up there game, now Align has new black main gears, new black front and rear TT gears. Align always use good carbon fiber, I just wish they would stop molding plastic into frames such as the 600Pro and 700e V3, and step away from Castle ESC's.
Like I said Align made it affordable for many of us in the hobby. Go Align.

Seems your the only person having all kinds of issues with every heli you touch..
You mean disagreeing with you.lol...

Just think it's funny he says this thread will go downhill because of my "trash talking" when all this thread is so far is him and others trash talking and attacking the OP...and anyone who halfway agrees with the OP.

lmfao

Now Lon...tell me what I'm talking about that I don't own...What exactly is that?

lol...Wow.

I see what your saying and thats pretty much personal..Ive crashed my 600EFL PRO nose first on solid ice at 2450RPM which was a total loss and the plastic servo molds were perfect, could of been a crap shot if they broke on ya..As for the CC ESC's,thats a choice..You can buy airframes from a few places without any of the electronics..I know GrandRC lets you build your own kit the way you want or you can buy just the airframe..
I do understand that others won't have the same experience but ive been flying Aligns for years without issues.
When someone like the OP comes on blaming Align everytime he crashes and has issues with every Align heli he touches when others aren't,its really hard to believe..
If one main shaft comes off the line bent, many others would too...The guy post a video flying with bad bearings from a past crash then when it crashes, its another bad Align part...He should keep up on his helis so this doesn't happen..
Not bashing him..Just saying alot of his post are crashes and he blames Align, noone else has all these issues...

All my real helis but one have been Align and I agree they are a great heli.

I also agree that I see some people who have trouble with every heli they ever own...not hard to see where the problem lies.

I was just making a joke with someone who says they have never had these issues even though they have them all on their Youtube channel.lol...

Just went through them all and if I had as many flights as you have videos,I'd be a 3D master
Bunch of cool stuff there though.

I've had 2 Align helis come with main shafts that didn't fit the swash. Both times I chucked the shaft up in my drill press and turned it down a bit with fine sand paper.

I agree with the OP, misfitting parts shouldn't happen. It is a lack of QC that Align is quilty of in particular. They need to keep a better eye on their suppliers and measure parts for being out of tolerance once in a while.

align quality issues
Ok folks, a little compassion should be felt here. It is true the heli should not have been flown with known issues but sometimes the feeling is it will be ok. Truth be known there has been an increasing number of problems with align parts. All align parts. We pay top dollar to get what is supposed to be top quality and no longer is this so when buying align. My suspicions are that in order to compete in an increasingly crowded market align is now cutting corners in quality control in order to not raise prices. I for one would rather pay a little more and know that I am still getting the top quality I expect when purchasing align parts. I have had brand new top dollar parts recently with defects. I just purchased a brand new all metal 600 size tail rotor assembly and it has major slop in the tail rotor grips. Both in/out and lateral slop to the point it can’t be used. New carbon fiber tail blades made out of spec that will not fit in the blade grips. Replacement bearings that fill gritty. New servos that have issues. Align needs to get back on track with quality control or I for one will not purchase anymore align crap. If I am going to inferior quality I will spend less money and get what I pay for.

I don't know if any of you understand that Align may be outsourcing machining of various parts to different manufacturers in the east. The sole reason why a main shaft would not be the same all the time is due to differences in LOT production runs. Seems the same problem the western brands face when ordering manufactured goods from the east. A thou of an inch or a few microns can be the difference between a fit and seizing.

If Align is not producing everything in the same factory where quality issues can be caught and corrected immediately then you are seeing the end result of trusting outsourced manufacturing.

yes exactly icanfly
this is exactly the problem. align is now cutting corners to try and save money. i for one wont put up with it. like i said if i am going to get poor quality i will save money and purchase elsewhere. like hobby king maybe. the quality is almost as good anymore as align at a fraction of the cost.

The advice about not flying with a known issue is something I think all of us can get behind. Just about any time I flew with even a tiny little defect, it ended up costing me a substantial repair job.

So far I haven't hit any low quality Align parts, but I'm really down to two 700s at this time.

+1^
could of been a crap shot if they broke on ya..
I must have had a bad batch then maybe, however I went through 5 frame sides on my 600Pro, none of them had broken carbon on them just the plastic mold either cracked or broke off. One tip over because I was switching between FBL systems, the other same day because I flew it with the cracked plastic servo holder, then one crash flying too low to the ground, and a dumb thumb cause it was cold.

Now, the biggest problem AL might face is all the orders being suspect in this way. Either this may create a lot of headaches to fix all those wonky kits containing bad parts and or Al would have to DUMP this years run in order to sell off the order quickly, where the consumer gets such a good clear-out price they wouldn't mind the flaws and subsequent replacement parts and or repairs needed.

Unfortunate but that truly is BUSINESS.

Most 'fanboys' know Align isn't the best BUT it works for THEM (most).

They wouldn't exist if it weren't for replies like this...

To me there is no such thing as fanboys BUT there are definitely 'anti-align police'

60% of the time, it works every time!

Seems to me this thread has drifted off course.

I feel it is the ultimate responsibility of the end-user to double check the integrity of the manufactured parts, regardless of what brand it is.

Thanks.
