The OSB has been Thompson Water Sealed, We did that as soon as it was laid, It has only been wet a couple of times now, I hope it stays ok untill they get it dried in!! XGM/VGM

Looks great! OSB is designed for limited construction exposure. You won't have a problem.

Thanks Hootowl, Ya, I'm not to worried about the osb, plus I went the extra mile to seal it, so I'm sure it will be ok, Hopefully they will have the second floor, sub floor done tomorrow, and I'll seal it too, then they can start the walls next for the 2nd floor, hopefully this weekend, and maybe some rafters up,, we'll see XGM/VGM

GFreak, I'm useing the skytrak to get aerials,,

It started out at 2,150', but now that we are putting a shed dormer across the back upstairs, it is going to be about 2,500' with a seating area looking down into the great room,

Thanks for the committs guys, I can't wait, we are having a blizzard at home, we have about 18" snow with 40 to 50mph winds, with drifts about 6' to 8' so not much is happening today.. but maybe tomorrow!! XGM/VGM

Its probably advantech sub flooring or similar which is guaranteed for a few decades. I hope its not regular particle board...

That is correct, it's a toung and groove sub floor that has been sealed with Thompson's water seal, after it was laid, It will withstand water, as it just beads up on the surface of it, XGM/VGM
