You need to disassemble it and get rid of all the rust as it is worth very little looking like that.

500 bucks is way too much bearing in mind that Synergy have discontinued the N9 and there aren't any spares around anymore.

That's why I stay with MA as I can get parts for their old and new heli's. I always get a kick out of non-heli people, especially on FleaBay. They find a heli at a gargage sale, and think they found a direct route to the "lost dutchman mine". Rapid depreciation is the way in this heli hobby. Yesterday you paid $2000, and today your lucky if you can get 200.

Synergy n9
My intent of my post was not to damage anyones ability to sell, just the reality of obsolete heli's. However, there are plenty of spare parts around for the Synergy N9,as it is not that old, and there were thousands sold, in addition to all the parts. I personally would not be afraid to purchase an N9 for myself, and have actually considered it. Why do you think I'm here? Besides, I'm struggling to have enough helis. Is it even possible?

I also have several out of production helis, and know something about parts availability, and what its worth. What its worth,is kind of subjective. Like the old adage: One man's junk, is another man's treasure.

I would love to have it. Like the above post said there is parts out there you just have to find them. Car guys do it all the time and find the hunt more fun then the hobby? You never know. If it were 4 years ago you could have gotten round 1700 BNF thats on the high end. Sence the stop of production parts.... one sold on HF few weeks back for 200, this was gutted. servos if in good condition 3 for 260 to 300. gyro sux to say but bout 80 bucks. Hope some of this helps ya out. Do a search in the for sale adds on some of the gear ya have and you will see what the going rate is. Some guys are posting up high end gyros for like 50 bucks off new price and they sit, cause technology has moved on. Out with the old, in with the new.

I realize stuff gets outdated. Anymore interests call or tx me at 805-550-7679. It's just sitting. Won't refuse realistic offer. The build minus airframe must still be worth something???????
