We looked at a few houses and this is the one were getting..Needs cleaned good and a tiny bit of work which won't take me long to do (few days) but will look really nice when finished..The garage is HUGE (4 car garage) and that will be my heli/man cave ...
I looked over the house for a hour checking all plumming, electrical ect... and everything is perfect..
Were buying it for $29,000.00 with $5000.00 down and payments will be $260.00 a month..We pay $460.00 a month now so its going to be nice paying about half for something we will OWN .

Nice BladeStrikes! Everything works until the day after closing. LOL! But you will love it because it is yours.

Same here, that house here would be 10x's the cost. That's why we haven't bought a house here and will be moving back home to Waco, TX after I'm done with my flight training.

Congrats to you!

Lots of flying area...
LOL

I say the same thing when we're driving down the street and I see a house with a huge field by it. "Man I would love to live there, I would have lots of flying area."

Congrats.

I just cant get over that price! And the size of property that you get with it... with a school as your front yard... Man oh man, Our local housing prices are just too much. Anybody would be hard pressed to get an empty lot for less than $400,000 here. Sigh.

Houses here in Michigan are super cheap due to the sh!tty economy..We looked at a few other places that were alot cheaper but they sold or needed more work than I wanted to do.Yeah, the BIG open field was the first thing I seen when we pulled up LOL..I looked at my wife and she said "I alread know" haha ..House is also 5 mins away from a field where ALOT of guys I know fly at..

We do all our home repairs where were at now and the house payment is $200.00 cheaper.
Thanks for the negative comment...
