I would check all of the solder joints (both battery and motor connections), first off. A bad connection can make it cut out.

Can you look at the Castle diagnostics to see how much current the motor drew at peak? That might provide some clue as to whether or not the ESC is being overtaxed (although, I think this unlikely-I am using a 120 amp ESC, and have never had it cut out).

Did you ground the tail boom to the motor mount? Static glitches can do strange things, including affect the motor.

Let us know how you progress.

You will need to interpret-I am color blind (cannot read the logs myself-all the lines are the same color to me).

Before I would even consider flying it again, I would ground the tail. Compass provides a ground wire and cap screw in the kit for a reason.

One of the early testers grounded his as a matter of course, having flown other belted helicopters. A couple of the others did not, and burned up a variety of ESC's in testing, so the grounding issue is very real.

Five minutes of work might resolve your problem.

Put a screw in under the boom (between the belt) and run the other end of the lead to one of the rear motor mount bolts (not just the frame-CF is conductive material case in resin, so the conductivity is not uniform).

Also, spray the belt with silicon seal.

One thing I can think of is in the castle link software make sure your brake is disabled and in the cutoff tab current limiting is set to insensitive and auto-lipo volt cell is set to 3.2

volt is 3.0 per cell

after i post this i change to sensitivity to 240 from 200

maybe this one fix the problem

some told me to try to down the gain and timing if sensitivity wont work

what u think of this ?

You have mentioned all but the kind of MOTOR!
The gearing looks good but did you input the proper pole count, and and proper KV ratings?
In addition you are pulling too much current for new lipos at this point, and generally just too much current, chk your collective pitch.
Whatever you do just disable current limiting, trust me!

Go to your "cutoffs" tab, Current limiting: select Disabled. This feature is a built in protection to keep your controller safe from too much current or inadequate lipos.

what manuvers are you doing when the current spikes?as said, you are hitting consistent spikes of 130A or so,that is a LOT of Amps.

Along with the electronic things, have you checked the basics?gear mesh and belt, again as already said, total pitch?

Are the motor and esc hot after a flight?

Trying to read the legend at the bottom of the graph, it looks like it peaked at a bit over 137 amps, which is less than your BEC is rated for.
