Does anyone know how to find the website that had MA history, and compared all the various models. Maybe its gone,as I cannot find it.

Yes, I had the site saved in my favorites, but now I get nothing. It was very informative, and if you were trying to identify a particular MA heli, you could research it there, and find out what it is, and the year of manufacture. It also gave a good run-down on the progression of MA models and their differences.

there was a site called rchelibase.com, which had all of the Xcell models from its inception complete with blueprints, etc

there was a post last year sometime, the site was hacked and destroyed by a hacker and the site owner wasn't interested in investing a lot of hard (and boring) work just to get it back to where it was

so we all lose.

Why doesn't Miniature Aircraft maintain a history themselves?

I didn't know that. It had loads of the older plans and I used to refer to it myself for plans of my Pro. Sad that it would be hacked like that. Maybe someone will do it again in the future. :-(

It's not crashed 'til it hits the ground

Al here...

I am the owner of the original rchelibase.com site.

Although much can be said about the why, how and when of what happened, I just decided to take the site down.

For those individuals interested, the site data has now been resurrected as a subset of my personal website. Although the original rchelibase site is gone, all the old data is now there.
