I have gone through quite a few brand 90 size electric helis and noticed that maintenance cost differed between brand helis.

Want to know which brand do you believe has the lowest maintenance cost, in regards to parts change due to wear and tear or failure because of shoddy quality?

Mikado Logo 700 should have the lowest. I say should because it is still new but time will tell. I know I replaced 1 part on my XXtreme in the year I owned it.....the tail fin because I was walking with it at IRCH and caught the tail fin in the grass and snapped it That thing is just too dang big to carry!!!!
The 700 is the little brother, I have full confidence it will be the lowest.

How often a heli needs maintenance is down to what head speed you run, how hard you fly it and of course how often you fly it! All things being equal however I would go with either, Mikado, Synergy, Minicopter, MA, Henseleit (however you spell it!).

60% of the time, it works every time!

I have found that as long as you do a good inspection on it when you get home, maintenance should be kept to a minimum. Some motors like scorpion do have a maintenance schedule to oil the bearings after so many flights. The only wear and tear item that I can think of is the head dampers. Also grease your one-way bearings in the head whenever you take it off.

Electric helis out of the gate are low maintenance due lack of vibration. Every one I have had has been this way, my current TT E720 being no exception.
