Looked at my setup.
Gains:
Ail/Ele 88%
Rudder 63%

Flt Mode 4
Ail/Ele rate 62%
Pitch Rate 45%

Governor settings are stock. Didn't write those down.

When you go the the Rudder expert menu to turn on F/f be sure your radio is on. You will get "invalid" on the screen unless it is.

One question.. Is your tail slider at 90 degrees? This gives you the correct tail offset.

Try increasing to the point you get tail wag and back it down 3-4 points. Same goes for head gains...

I am also posting on helifreak so sorry to the people reading both, just hoping to get the most input I can..

flyalan everything is 90 deg, and now mechanically solid.. although I broke my second set of synergy skids in 2 weeks today... the heli has been great.

I found the adjustment in the expert rudder menu, and you can adjust low and hi I tried 10% on both today, and it did not make a difference. I am going to try 25% tomorrow and see if it solves it thanks for the help.

one other thing, and very sorry for the lack of understanding the system. "still learning " When I flip the tail into rate mode on my switch. I was able to mechanically fix the tail from drifting around, but I am wondering once I do that am I supposed to redo the tail setup? or I supposed to save it by flipping it to rate mode back to hh 3 times still with 1.3?

aside from the tail issue this system is a true plug and play, I did not do any trim flight in cyclic just on the tail. I believe my cyclic is 100% mechanically perfect, and do not get any weird cyclic issues at all and feels great so I don't want to go and mess it up

10 deg cyclic afr's were 69%
13 deg collective is 42%

have my gyro gain for the tail at 60- cyclic 70%
