Cool Power 15% Helicopter Fuel 17% Synthetic
I just purchased this fuel believing that it had at least 18% synthetic lubricant. Naturally I was wrong and it contains only 17%by volume. What can I use to raise the oil content to 20% and how many onces would I have to add?

fuel blend
I've used a small amount of castor to my fuel with good results for years--buy a good hobby grade oil like Sig and mix 1 oz. to a gallon of fuel reset your needles a little rich to be on the safe side and fly the heli and retune for the new mix; I know a lot of guys frown on castor but it can really extend the life of top end parts and bearings. I've never had any adverse effects from using it aside from some brown spots showing up on the bottom of my muffler.
I do a great decending funnel!
