The 495th Squadron 9th Annual Helicopter Fun Fly
May 18 (rain date is Sunday 19th) 2013 in Tewksbury, Ma
Flying from 10AM to 10PM on Saturday
(12pm-7pm on Sunday -RAIN DATE) Electrics fly anytime
Registration starts at 9AM
NO landing fee
*Raffle Prizes
*Factory demos
*Tech help - Bring your questions
Auto rotation contest Saturday afternoon. Prizes for top 3 pilots!
Sponsored Pilots: to be announced

Night flying:
Saturday night. -- Last year lots of fun was had by all, including great night flying demos. we will be doing this event again.
Tech help: top heli setup expertise will be on hand, bring your questions
Pilots of ALL Skill Levels Welcome
Spectators are welcome!
Must have AMA card to register as a pilot

Directions to the Pinnacle Street Field
From Interstate 495: Take the Rt. 38 exit (#38) from I495. At the bottom of the ramp,turn south in the direction of Tewksbury.
Follow Rt. 38 south for 2.2 miles to East Street. Take a left on East Street, and follow 0.8 miles to Livingston Street.
Take a left onto Livingston Street, and follow 0.4 miles to Pinnacle Street. Take a right onto Pinnacle Street, and follow for 0.6 miles.
GPS coordinates are: 250 Pinnacle Street Tewksbury Ma.
Vehicle parking is allowed on both sides of the road as long as
your vehicle is off the road surface.

I am finding out not a conflict with the 18th. My son graduates on that day. onloy found out yesterday.

So either we move the date (best option)
or we find someone else to manage this event....

Have to let the board members know about my scheduling conflict and get back

Dates? I can maybe move to Sunday the 19th or...
the following Saturday which is Memorisl day weekend. (we purposly did not chose this day initially.

Any feedback one way or the other will be helpful to me.

The event is neatly sandwiched between the Pemberton, NJ event and Memorial day.
