It's world wide, caused by virus, and they study the strain in the Southern hemispere during their winter (our summer)to decide what to make our vacinations for.The government cannot give you anything without first taking it from someone else.

Can't it be kept where it originates?? and vaccinate the origin of the source to protect the Herd ??

Do other European nation's or Middle Eastern nations get it ??

What's the actual Source ?? Is it exclusive only to Human's cast from a plant, a animal, a water source ect ? ??

Antigenic cartography

I always thought they use antigenic cartography:

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/15218094

The viral tropism is dictated by the viral lineage. Influenza A is commonly recovered from birds. Highly pathogenic and responsible for the pandemias in 1918 and 2009.
Infuenza B and C are mostly associated with infections in mammals, ferrets, dogs and pigs, respectively. These lineages are less antigenically diverse and also less virulent.

Are we the only population center that vaccinates for it ??

Our population really isn't that large compared to other nation's - Asia, South America, Indonesia, Pakistan, India, China, the USSR or the Middle East nations.

Do they get clobbered like we do ??? Some cities in the USA are actually reporting a sizable death rate among the young and elderly.

How doe's it Morph every year different ??? or Get here ???

Bird's / food / population's or ethnic - ??

Viruses do not respect boundaries
The epidemiology of influenza shares many similarities among different geographical regions. However, vaccination coverage varies from country to country.
Seasonal and non-seasonal influenza kill an important number of individuals among risk groups worldwide every year.
Recombination does not seem to play an important role. Reassorment is one of the main forces shaping the molecular evolution of the virus.

I wonder if bird migration has anything to do with it. Seems like when I see huge ammounts of black birds flying over people start getting sick.
