Aerial restrictions Norway

Hi, I've got to do an aerial shoot on the west coast of Norway and was wanting to ask any Norwegians what the restrictions were or permits needed etc. to do aerial photography. It will be over the sea, looking back at the coast, near a road, but not over it.

Either I'm thinking of taking a quad copter, or if it gets difficult, finding someone out there with a pro rig who will work with me.
