YS60sr vs YS56sr
after looking at the specs on both engines, im curious to know if the difference in engine displacement is enough to make that big of a difference. a noticeable one. differences: displacement 1.83cc, Bore 2mm and .5mm stroke difference. is it noticeable enuff to say yes one needs that over a 56 you already have that flys awsome??? is there that much noticeable power difference?

Don't know about the YS 56. But the 60 has more power than my OS 55.

I have both (actually the 56 is sold) and I will say the 60 pulls harder. I can't really say how much harder it pulls, as the 56 is a stout motor. It isn't as much as the jump from the OS50 to the YS56, which was quite noticeable. I will say the most surprising and best feature of the YS60SR is the fuel economy. I get about a full minute longer flight time than my friend who has the OS55. Several have noticed longer flight times on the 60 vs the 56.

John,
Jays YS 60SR kills my YS 56SR in power hands down..The difference is VERY noticeable..I could load up my YS 56SR to the point she starts bogging from keeping it loaded where the YS 60SR pulls and pulls..The YS 60SR smokes the YS 56SR/OS 55HZ ..
