Are you talking about the esc heatsink or the new motor plate with integrated heatsink?
The esc heatsink is designated to be for the 770 as it attaches to the new carbon fiber piece that hangs under the front of the battery tray. The 700 does not have this piece. You could probably add it but you will lose some of the ESC space.
The heatsink itself is perfect for the YGE escs as it can be attached as the actual esc heatsink (you don't have to add the YGE one or can take it off if you already have it). I bought this heatsink to use with my CC160HV but there is not enough room for it on my 700. I have the battery tray in the lowest position.
The motor piece has an integrated output shaft bearing support as well and works on all Goblins.
