Before we had the problem with the site, I had seen someone showing a picture of a good looking scale head for the AS 350..if anyone has the info, could you please let me know where to look.
Thank You, Stan

Just scale in Australia has one in the works. You may have seen the prototype. Or it could have been the custom head built by the member in brazil.

Scale head
Here is a link to the 1 I will be getting for my 700 AS350:

http://translate.google.co.uk/trans...F9-starflex.htm

Its not cheap, but dead on scale! The head runs about $750 and the swash another $180

Just call me Farmer Brown. 'Cause I know how to really plant 'em

That is one nice looking starflex head. Are you sure it's made out of aluminum and not un-obtainium But seriously, a lot of machine work goes into that head and it is complete with swash, driver and that cool looking dust boot...

Now!!!!!
That is a scale head!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Probably a bit large, BUT a great reference shot for some detailing!!!! Looks like someone left some spare parts in the bottom of it though... there is no room for the main shaft to go through!!!

Thanks, Stan

I've gotten pretty good at it.....most of the time! About 3 minutes to set it. Then every once in a while....I get pissed and have to walk away.

Otherwise a nice and simple helicopter to work on.
Only spent 12 months on it, and allready I would have worked on every square inch on it.

Our EH-101 was nice, but too much crazy maintenance on it.
