best part of the video is the 3.5 mins you left the camera on after it crashed! perhaps the real problem lies within the screen name! its a hex,... not a trex! they dont fly well sideways!!

I have four multi`s, two quads and two hexa`s with DJI controllers and they all fly sideways very well no matter what I call them.

It was painful to see the way DJI treats their customers. This has been a very informative post.

Now lets see if DJI follows through.

I noticed on heli-freak people are talking about the Naza-H failsafe problem. It would be dangerous to have a 700 just fly off.

I think I'll hold off buying any of the DJI equipment untill they get it figured out.

I have been flying the Wookongs and NAza without any issues for over 2 years now. Failsafe needs to be setup on your receiver (Presets). If you don't set the Receiver Faisafe then you will have issues ...

It is way too easy to blame the product rather than the pilot. Receiver failsafe setup should be common knowledge but it sure doesn't feel like it these days.

Failsafe is a safety related feature and should always be clearly described in a manual.

The Naza-H manual doesn't cover it and it is questionable on how the auto pilot system works with failsafe. We've called DJI dealers and they don't even know how it works. If it works as described its dangerous.

I too have been using this system for sometime now, and not once has it failed. Everytime I take a multirotors out to the field someone want to see the aircraft land itself. So I turn off the radio, (they freakout) it goes up 20 meters, flies back to where I intialized the unit and lands. The Failsafe has worked everytime.

My Naza M`s work the same way, but we are talking Naza H here they have only been out for several months and they don`t include the features that the Wookong H or the Naza M have. Lets stick with apples to apples.

Yes, we're talking about the Naza-H.
So why are we doing that in a thread with this title?

R hadson, you and D.Tim seemed to be misinformed so I was just answering your question.

I think it was you that posted in the wrong area.

You seem a little slow and out of the loop so I'll take it easy on you this time.

I guess that I AM indeed a little slow since the title of this thread is "DJI Wookong M lockout total destruction S-800" and we are discussing the NAZA H......an entirely different product.

Would it not make more sense to have a separate discussion thread about NAZA H instead of discussing it in a thread about "DJI Wookong M lockout total destruction S-800"?

So then why was it YOU who started bringing-up the NAZA H? It certainly wasn't me.
