Has anyone got any information on the coming Futaba CGY 760?

Found it on the Swedish Futaba-importers website but there's not much information.

Couldn't see the picture . . . Does anyone know if Futaba is going to build the receiver into the gyro?

Possibly a typo?? If not the japanese website would have featured it first..probably video trials by their factory pilot e.g. yasuichi sawamura.

How could it be a typo? It says s-bus2 telemetry.
They are coming out with s-bus2 servos. You would need a gyro like this to work with them. Plus get info like rpm right from the 760. Makes total sense to me.

The R7003sb is coming out. It is sbus2. The760 would plug right in to the sbus2 port.

If Futaba are starting to cut it with FBL I could really be tempted.

I started with Futaba radio gear and like it very much.

I hope there is a full 2 way iteration with 18sz/mz or 16sz radios.

A market test of a fully remote set FBL from futaba. Now you can tuck it away and do all the setup on the big box or their high end radios. I don't do much tweaking after the first setup but it would be nice to experiment with pro settings while not having to shut down and get at the box with a pointer. This would also open up the option for more FBL telemetry. They are slow but they don't stay behind forever.

I see the label P-Box on the end of it. I would assume that would be for Futaba's lower end radio's? I hope we could access the programming thru our transmitter without the program box.

I do like the aluminum shell and antennas coming out on the same side as the S-BUS.

You'd need the box no matter what. You may want to use the box with the TX for certain functions and or the box solely attached to the CGY. Either way i'm looking forward to this. I need three already. Casing with the threaded holes on the bottom indicates that it can be hard mounted. And clearly the sensor is now inside the case. I can't wait.
