Roller Coaster style is for me

what's that ?? you say,
you fly around smooth and fast like a Roller Coaster then hit a maneuver hard, you loose speed, then speed up and start over, I like it because it's smooth and you need good speed and power to do it, if you can't do it smooth and fast don't do it I say

Depends on my mood and monetary situation.

Sometimes big air and sport. Other times 3d. Sometimes its just fun to do a few tanks of autos or hovering and nice slow flight.
I gave up on figure 9's, after I did one, I decided it was just no fun at all.

Walk on water long enough, eventually you will get your feet wet.

I would like to take a poll as to what sort of flying style most real world R/C heli flyers really do.

The impression one gets from the manufactures is everyone flys 3D.

So, post if you do 3D, sport, scale etc....
I am a sport flyer drawn to precision. In airplanes I flew IMAC for a few years and couldn't stand "freestyle" or 3D flying so it was no surprise I am drawn to the same style in helis. I'll screw around with tumbling around a little but I don't care for hard 3D style flying. I like smooth precise flying much more than beating the crap out of a machine. I'd like to learn more 3D but I'm not willing to tear up my stuff. I have too much respect for the machine.
It's not that I can't learn it. I won a lot of IMAC contests. It's that I don't like 3D or freestyle so I don't play with it enough to be good at it.
