Has anyone ever had an issue with getting all the holes of the 7HV bottom frame to line up with the upper frame. I bought the frames while at ircha from experience and am now getting around to using them and one side does not line up perfectly.
I will probably just drill the hole to make it work.
I also recently purchased a pair of the FUSUNO frames on Black Friday. Hope they fit on perfectly when i use them.

If I may, I would suggest to return them to ExperienceRC, or at least contact them. They should line up perfectly. My concern is if you drill the hole, the frames may not be perfectly aligned, resulting in a vibration from the alignment of the three main shaft bearings.

With replacements, I suggest to have the shaft in position in all three bearing to aid in positioning before snugging everything together with threadloc. Best of all, do it on a very flat work surface.

Best wishes,

Rob

I did consider getting in contact with Experience, however, so much time has passed since IRCHA that I did not want to bother them with my issue and thought if I could make a workaround and be done I would. I do notice that the main shaft is hard to place in the third bearing when the screws are tightened. I have tried tightening the third bearing with the shaft lined up and it still goes in/out with force when it is all said and done. The reason it has taken so long to use the parts is that I own 3 7HV's so i always had at least one backup and I also try to keep spares on hand for the time they are needed. . I will take a look at it one last time before I contact experience.
Thanks for your response Rob.
thanks

figured it out!!
I needed to loosen the upper 2 bearing blocks and the bottom block fell into place. This was the first time that i ever had to loosen the upper bearing block assembly on any of my 7hv's (thats why i did not think of it initally)

thanks and I hope this helps the next person out who runs into a similar issue.

PS- I never contacted experience rc.
