7g difference noticeable on a 450?
My 450Pro needs a new ESC and I have been looking into them and saw a 7 gram difference between a couple of them.... should I be worried about it or not?

(I'm a new flyer so i assume it will be unnoticeable ATM but for future reference...)

In a word No

That sort of weight is not noticeable as it can be the difference between 2 gauges of wire, or different connectors.
Good luck

I agree, you wont feel the difference of 7 grams. If you're not sure what seven grams feels like, three pennies (1982-present) weigh 7.5 grams.

But then again it depends where you put it. On the very end of the tail boom, 7 grams could be huge.
Anywhere near the center mass, a doubt a world champion pilot can discern that.

But weight adds up. An ESC that weighs 7 grams less, plus a set of blades that weigh 7 grams less, plus a battery that weighs 7 grams less, plus several inches less servo wire weighs 7 grams less. I could keep going. It adds up quick, and can add up to quite a bit.
