The other guy did not have a mark on him.

Except for the bullet wound.

if his intention was to shoot the kid, would he have gotten so close that he could get his nose broken??? Give me a break.
Most people wouldn't have shown that much restraint and would've drawn long before it came to a physical confrontation.

Never stated his intention was to shoot him, just stating that will still have no idea who started the whole thing. You can assume all you want, but assumptions should not find a person guilty or innocent.

Plenty of people have gotten their butts kicked for starting a fight that they never got a punch in on. Just because one person has no scars doesn't mean they didn't start it.

I'll agree with that. In the end.. a kid is dead and that's never a good thing. Now the MSM can move onto the football player that killed his girl and himself and try to blame that one on the gun. Ignoring all the time that he was taking meds for a concussion, had been drinking heavily lately and most likely is juiced. But, we'll take the easy way out and blame the innatimate object.

Once again, there you go blaming something other than the person. You pointed out the drugs and alcohol. No one and nothing is to blame except himself. And I like how you assume he was juicing. Your as bad as the media, maybe you should get a job with them since you are able to make stuff up so easily.

The same pictures and more were on the local news here in the Orlando area less than 24 hours after the shooting! The media removed them for whatever reason (maybe they were forced to remove them). Now they show up again!

There will be a lot more come out in court. Unless some agency puts their nose where it does not belong again!

ah...gotchya Psycho!!! ...can't believe you fell for that so easily. My point is, they'll blame any and everythng for this tragedy. They'll move onto the items above soon enough, you just wait and see. But the GUN is always no. 1 on the hit list. Last, and maybe never, will they blame the guy with the gun...unless he was white, then they'd be blaming the gun crazy, bible thumping racist Tea Partier. You know I'm right.

Hey Fla Heli...you see? Read it again: no childish generalizations, and instead straight to the argumentum ad-hominem. This may indicate high intelligence undergirded by encyclopaedic knowledge.

You have a dead young man - a future that was on a definite path.
You have a young man with owning a soul- knowing he took a life.

Bottom line for me is if he had listened to the police dispatcher and done as instructed and stayed in his car, then none of us would have ever heard of this. But instead he chose to escalate the situation himself and confront Martin, and the rest is sadly history.

I'm sorry, until it is proven that Martin was actually acting in a criminal manner at the time of the incident there is simply no reason for Zimmerman to have ignored the instructions of the police dispatcher.

and NEVER will. They know he'll walk. And I'll bet they're OK with that because they've already lined up a lawyer to poach Zimmerman when they make a Lifteime movie of the week and when he writes his book. They'll line their pockets and not think a thing of it.

If trayvon would have stayed home none of this would have happened too. you can play this all day.

Oh, and he was not "instructed" to stay in his car....the dispatcher just said "you don't have to do that" in terms of following him.

Yes, I see the difference. If the kid had stayed in his house for fear of his life like he should have, then all would be well. In your mind that is the same thing as Zimmerman IGNORING police instructions to stay in his car and wait for the police to arrive.

Got it!!

yes you could. If Zim didn't have a gun, he'd be the dead one.
He didn't ignore the police. What part of "you don't need to do that" is a command???Also, it's a dispatcher, not a cop.
Again, if his intention was to just shoot the kid, why not do it from 20 ft....10 feet, 5 ft.???
Yes, I see the difference. If the kid had stayed in his house for fear of his life like he should have, then all would be well.
If I'm cutting thru a neighborhood that's been having crime problems, in the rain...and I'm confronted by somebosy asking me who I am, and why I'm there and where I'm going...I'm going to answer the question, not break somebody's nose. Simple as that.

You have no idea if Trayvon was a bad kid or not. You are making assumptions just like fla boy. But keep judging when you know nothing about the victim that was shot. I really hope nothing like this ever happens to you or anyone in your family, I would hate to see your name get dragged across the coals by a bunch of internet detectives that have no freaking clue about anything about the situation.

You all bitch how the media is wrong on so many things, but when it works towards your hatred it is all true. Except for the parts you do not want to believe.

yeah...suspended for drug possesion (more than once), problems in school, sent to live with his dad because he was in trouble at his mom's. Sounds like a perfect little angel to me. If that kid was white, or the shooter was black, you would've never heard this story. How many hundreds of stories are out there about black thugs shooting, beating raping white people (including old people) and it's lucky if it gets a 5 second snippet in the news?? And when it DOES make the news, they purposely leave out the ethnicity of the perp when it's a minority. The press about crapped themselves when they found out Zim was Hispanic. It ruined their entire spin on the whole story.
