The pulses I have (4500 45c) went puffy after 20 easy flights and won't fit my in my frame anymore. I bought them for cheap but would never buy another set. Would rather pay more and get a set that lasts(Gensace).KDS Agile 7.2/5.5 Chase 360 - SkyHero Spyder/Spy/Little Spyder

Was that the new green packs?
I have a set of the new greens that so far are holding their shape. The older red packs like you said would start to grow in about 20 cycles.

I have heard that the red pulse puff very easily also.
If your looking for a quality battery and don't want to pay TP prices I highly recommend Spyders from Progressive Rc, the discharge rates are extremely under rated. They are by far the most power packs I've flown.

I have green and load hard and so far all is good . If your puffing all brands look at setup . Might not be effeciant or back cyclic or pitch down a little at a time .You can get same flight sometimes with less load ,you can have too much that there is no gain in performance but will over load electronics .

Check out Thor ,have them in Logo 800 and work great .
I stole it ,flew it and gave it back ;)
