FBoss, Need that list of current parts required and needed items. I hope to head to Walter Reed next week and will transport what I can.

Also, for those of us that have participated in this project I would like to get together at IRCHA if you are going just to meet and greet. Just reply back here or PM me if you plan on attending IRCHA and I will do the coordination.

If you are/were a member of this Wounded Warrior project and plan on attending IRCHA, I will be camping at site 3 and would like to see you fly. Just PM me when you will arrive and we can take it from there.

Great day at the "office" today... we repaired the Trex500 torque tube gear problem and test flew it. We finished transferring the Pantera settings to Mike's radio. The DX8 and Dx6i are not equal equal.

We plan to test fly it later this week...everything went fantastic today, Mike commented about what a great day it was... and you know, we even worked an extra 1/2 hour over to finish the replumbing of the Pantera. Can't wait to get out there again and see him have a go of it.

Ive been told you 'ole Msgs didnt have a heart.........I know better now!

Just for the record, this is and has always been a community outreach. The total number of donors is up there, many dozens. (guess I should make a list) I find it truly amazing the number of folks who have jumped in for no other reason than wanting to help out and support the folks we all appreciate more than words or donations can even come close to expressing. Back at the start of this we were looking for candidates and someone suggested the Wounded Warrior program (WW) at Walter Reed. I think it took about 3 mins for the folks involved to realise that was the perfect place, the perfect group of folks to support. Its was then and is now a group decision as to where these efforts should be directed. After WW was brought up the choice was all too easy and a rare example of unanimous agreement, the choice just was not a question after that.
I think we would all agree, we got a lot more out of this than we have given, ten fold.

RIP ROMAN

Forgot to Mention
I found another victim to give a helicopter to...

He was flying the sim on his phone.... "come under the tent son"..

I gave him a starter Chinook (two dual rotors)... he was one happy camper...

I told him to come back next week... we will see. He says that he does not have much time left at the hospital... I said; "who cares?, come on back."
