Motor starts than dies after a second or two
Hello,

Yesterday I crashed my 130. I have crashed a few times before and this was a minor crash. I cannot see any visible damage to the helicopter. When I attempt to spool up the helicopter the blades spin for about two seconds and then it's like power stops flowing to the motor even though the lights are still active. I push the collective stick up but nothing. I tried different batteries but I still have the same issue. I checked all of my curves and they are fine. I do not know what else to look for. Any ideas?

TIA,
Andy

Here is a video of the problem. I have reset my gyro and still have the same problem.

When all else fails... did you re-bind?? I'm a newb to e-heli's too, so just throwing out the silly and maybe obvious.
Hmm, you posted the vid while I was posting. Interesting.

Check the setting in the TX, also the trim settings. If you hold it a low throttle will it keep running?Bill Whittaker

Hi Wrongler,

I can't keep the motor running. When I move the throttle stick(very slowly) to the position where the motor begins to spin the motor will run for half a second and then cut off. No matter how I position the stick the motor will come on for half a second or so and then shut down. I am using a flat throttle curve 0-25-50-75-100. I have tried using throttle up which is 100 across the board which doesn't help.

Looks like I am going to have to give them a call. This thing has been a headache from the start. Blade 130, SR = H.O.J
