craigslist scam?
my daughter's boyfriend crashed and totalled my daughter's 92 accord last week, luckily nobody was hurt.
trying to find her a southern vehicle and came across a 2005 ford escape in kentucky.
it is one of those too good to be real deals,$2880 for a 2005 ford escape, about 3k less than kelley blue book.
the lady has no phone number and says she will ship it to our house free of charge!
she said she wanted to go through ebay and have the money transfered after I was happy with the vehicle.(red light)
Oh ya and she said she just moved from kentucky to north dakota.
how stupid do these people think we are?

Shouldn't your daughter's boyfriend be the one doing the car shopping?

I say put a saddle on the boyfriends back, and make him the new car. Untill he can find himself a replacement.

Craigslist has some good deals, just have to weed out the scams. You can see them coming a mile away.

the idiot boyfriend has no job and no ambition, takes energy drinks and then takes a nap! lol

hopefully my daughter gets some wisdom and dumps his sorry ass!

I keep looking on ebay and craigslist,I already bought 2 vehicles off ebay from down south and both went very well and both are clean as can be.

I see the same listing from this person in other states also for the same vehicle.

sucks that I only have 1 week to find her a good, clean vehicle.

she is driving my car because I have been off work with a broken finger and some tendon damage in that same finger.
