Wow. I'm glad to see that it worked out for you. I use the sacks my self and at least they provide some protection.

That destruction was most likely from the Firefighters looking for fire extension. Many kitchens and bedrooms look like that when we got done.
I agree with Shawn completely, follow the precautions, use good equipment, all will be well.

That is what I posted earlier.
FYI, when fireman are called to a scene, they do what they can to put out the fire. The extensive damage could have been trying to fight the fire.

heat is indicative of friction, friction equals combustion.

You cannot force electrons into and through the lithium atom or she'll get angry. Anytime there is the presence of heat you have resistance, more heat, more resistance, more heat, KABLOOEE!!!!!

If you want to protect against overcharging and a possible faulty charger, put a mechanical timer, sort of like an egg timer but with sockets for electrical devices, between the wall socket and your charger.

It's buy a good one....no wait...buy a really really good one. Better yet, buy a really really really good one. And don't follow the directions. Get advice from others. That way when it fails, they can say it was your fault...not the charger of course.Team POP Secret

I have witnessed a few 820Cd's go weird and ramp up the amp draw erratically during charging, scary stuff. The best thing to do is never charge in your house, always take lipos out to charge, to transport and to store. When loose, always secure in a durable metal container (I use a Ammo box) and preferrably put a zip lock bag filled with sand on top of them to smoother them in case of a fire. Not only will the sand protect to put the fire out by sealing the lipo, but will hopefully save other batteries stored in the same container as well. Thats just what I do and how I feel comfortable handling lipos.Still buyin' and flyin' then crashing and cryin'

I know for a fact that HK copies almost every brand of charger BUT it is NOT made with the same high quality parts. If you buy a "name brand" charger from HK, you are getting ripped and taking a huge chance......RonTeam MikadoUSA 480XXTreme, 550SX, 600SX, 700XXTreme, 800XXTreme!!

i dont agree, I "think" my icharger I got off hk is real. HK is not a scam company. The genuine products like the mks rebranded servos, and icharger arent as cheap as the hk house brand stuff because they are real.

Deans no longer allowed in our clubs until they provide markings....simple as that.
And members in your club are good with this ban?
I think I would have an issue with that

HK actually sells the real name brand stuff.

Just because a store sells its own brand doesn't mean they don't sell other brands....WALMART
