Does he use a single stick transmitter that you twist for rudder?

this is one of those rare cases where i could care less about the heli, i want to know how he's flying with one arm.

there's a guy at the field that just had a stroke and can only use one hand right now, this would be an inspiration to him i would think

As Justin Said,
A very inspiring story.
I was impressed with the device which looked like a clothes peg which he fixed somewhere to squeeze and is the pitch and throttle channel.

very inspiring.
Thanks for the video

I was at the Heli Scale Masters and met Rick and his incredible machine. What a cool cool guy. Super nice too. The machine is one of those where every time you go back and look at it you see something you overlooked before. I can't imagine the time he has in it. Here is photo of how he flys.

Very Nice Guy
I flew with this guy many years ago. At the time he lived in San Antonio Texas and I needed help with a big Bell 212 I was putting together and he invited me down to take a look at it and help me out. He flies really, really well. Better than most scale guys that I see. Glad to see he is still in the game.
Did he crash? Dang I missed it!

Awesome guy!
Got to see him fly at Scale Masters and was shocked when I found out he flew with only one arm. I thought wow!, I can't even fly that good with two arms..... I think he won a few prizes as well. The detail on his heli was outstanding.
