Need help here. Try to look all over forum, but could not find the answer. Maybe i overlook

I did everything i could to solve it, but till now no luck. Already change gyro damper rubber twice. rewiring whole servo wire and connection. Reset all CGY unit to factory setting also not helping me. Change all 3 cyclic servo Align DS610 to brand new, still no luck
My engine just about 14 gallon, YS91 3ds. It was fine since 1st gallon, but not now anymore

One unit with my beast T600N 91 engine still awesome, i really love it.

What is it doing? So the awash tilts, but have to flown it? You changed parts but dose the awash compensate in the right directions?

Start with a new model in the radio and go through the initial setup of the CGY750 once more. That way you can rule out any unwanted mixes in your radio that you didn't know about or maybe missed. Also, make sure you have NO TRIM in your radio in ALL your flight modes(to start for now)...

Last but not least, make sure your swash is level at LOW-MID-HIGH by going into the linkage compensation menu.

Ok. Have you missed anything obvious? Like are the servo horns(of plastic) stripped at the splines? Are all your ball links in the correct distances and locations? Have you done a trim flight yet? Just covering all the bases...

Thanks for the update and that you are flying he heli. I had a problem like this on my 750. I had one click or point of sub trim. You need to go to the sub trim menu and make sure they are all zero in all flight modes. This is not the trim that is controlled by the trim buttons on the radio. They also need to be at zero.

There is something in the set up that has been missed. It dose not seem mechanical like a servo going bad. Am I right on thinking you can reproduce this problem anytime?

.
Have you done the trim flight in NORM gyro mode? Does it drift when hovering in NORM mode?
.

Hakul,

If all else does not work, try taking off in normal flight mode with cgy set on normal rated gyro for the cyclic, idle1/2 on heading lock.

good luck, hhart

If you are sure that you have done everything you can, based on the manual and what have been covered here, then may be you can try to swap the existing set with another. Note that you should swap with entire set: the amp + sensor.

Seen it somewhere that every unit, the amp and sensor are calibrated to work together in the factory.

I did not use the original Futaba foam for the CGY sensor. I use two 1mm thick 3M double sided tape sandwich with a Futaba gyro metal plate. Bear in mind that mine is a Trex 700E V2 meaning the vibration frequency may be different than a nitro Trex.

The stock tape works fine on a Trex 700 nitro, using it in both of mine with no issues.

I had exactly the same issue , Turns out on my tx one of the screws that hold the gimble bearings had came loose so it was inadvertently giving an input back and left

Easiest way to check is to go to the servo monitor screen and check if there is an out put on ch 1 or 2 the value must read 0 , just for good measure do a "Calibration on the tx ( in the sys menu) and try it again

BTW if you switch all on and leave the heli alone does the swash creep ? set the avcs dmp to 150% in expert menu (ail and ele) , this will quickly show up any inputs from the tx

Heli is rock solid after that
