Have you double checked all of your solder connections?

Is it an ICE series controller?
If yes, look at the data log to see what it says. There would lie the answer.

Surely in the programming of your esc.
Is your current limiter set to insensitive?

Several things to watch out for, the main 2:

Voltage drop at the cutoff point

Amp spike at the cutoff point, power in watts should also spike

In addition look at the motor power out (different that power out of the ESC) to see if it drops before or after the cutoff.

Also look at temp.

If you need help, take a snapshot of the graph as a png picture of the last flight were it cutoff and post it here. I'll look at it.

Here is an example:

now I thinking be carefull what you ask/wish for

That is long azz log with an hour worth of data. Is difficult to see where the cut offs are happening. In other words, I cannot see what is happening in the 2-3 seconds where the cutoff occurs because the graph resolution is too coarse.

I can see the last flight was less than 2 minutes but cant see if you are loosing motor power before the amp draw drops or vice versa.

Save that file, clear the log buffer on the ESC, try flying once til it cuts off, then lets try the graph again.

Here is an example of a motor going bad, notice the throtle stays consistent while the amp draw just falls and voltage unloads and goes up. The motor in this case would loose all power as it warmed up.

Good question on the time.

Your data log is showing 3800 seconds, thats over an hour being on, including throttle off time. I wonder if the time scale is off.
