I just finishing building a velocity 50n2. Well in the manual for the gy750 say gains for rudder 60 to 80 and elev/ail be between 70-90. Well i started flying and wobbles at those range now i set rande to 30 percent and rudded to 40 and flys great i am not to familiar with futaba but is this could be because the gyro gain need to be reversed?? It jus seem to make sense seeing the numbers but i never heard of gains needing to be reverse. So is that what i am seeing

What are your I and D gains set at? Is the wobble side to side? What are your swash ranges? What are your linkage balls set at from center? 30% is too low, the system won't fly well at all with those numbers. I will venture to say you're too far out on the servo wheels resulting in too much mechanical gain, which would also result in lower than optimal swash AFR's for the system to work well.

PM me for questions or if you'd like to meet up for some help. I'd be happy to help as much as I can.

Dr Ben has a thread called something like "consolidated version 1.20 tips". You should read through it. Basically the D gain has to be brought WAY down, and the swash values are critical. As long as the rest of the setup is correct you should be able to get the gains in the range recommended.
