Brilliant man. Brilliant ideas... But for some reason when they come from a Republican the left cries foul. Go figure and go vote!

JFK had a sharp mind and a keen sense of his place in history. Here are some of my favorite JFK quotes:

If a free society cannot help the many who are poor, it cannot save the few who are rich.

Modern cynics and skeptics... see no harm in paying those to whom they entrust the minds of their children a smaller wage than is paid to those to whom they entrust the care of their plumbing.

War will exist until that distant day when the conscientious objector enjoys the same reputation and prestige that the warrior does today.

Tolerance implies no lack of commitment to one's own beliefs. Rather it condemns the oppression or persecution of others.

The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie, deliberate, contrived and dishonest, but the myth, persistent, persuasive and unrealistic.

The ignorance of one voter in a democracy impairs the security of all.

Too often we... enjoy the comfort of opinion without the discomfort of thought.

I hope that no American will waste his franchise and throw away his vote by voting either for me or against me solely on account of my religious affiliation. It is not relevant.

If we cannot now end our differences, at least we can help make the world safe for diversity.

Let us never negotiate out of fear. But let us never fear to negotiate.

The basic problems facing the world today are not susceptible to a military solution.

We cannot expect that all nations will adopt like systems, for conformity is the jailer of freedom and the enemy of growth.

I disagree. But on the other hand Ronald Reagan would likely not recognize the Republicans today and there's no way that toady's GOP would elect him.

Yesterday's GOP did not elect Ronald Reagan.

The people did.

If you honestly think that, then all I can say is you really have no grasp of who he was and how he thought and felt.

Attempting to take on the Federal Reserve is what got him killed.

Yes...... That's exactly what 'they' want you to think.

There, their and they're. It's really that simple.

The "They" is simply a conspiracy theory of the ignorant.

People do vote, and those votes are counted.

Thats the same way we have what we have now.

The biggest mistake America has ever made.

There are very few, if any, teachers that make less than plumbers do, these days.

In Chicago the average teacher salary is $75K which puts them very near the top 10% of wage earners in the US. There are very few plumbers who are working in a plumbing business or who are sole proprieters who pull in that kind of money.

And, that does not include that fact that they get more than 3 months per year off work and some extremely extravagant benefits.

That one right there would eliminate him from being a democrat today! Bill Clinton and Obama would laugh at him!
Oh! I forgot Biden and his stupid laughter at the truth!

Here's a plumber who makes more than a teacher, even a Chicago one. Oh, and he is SURPRISE a GOP hypocrite.
Oklahoma congressional candidate Markwayne Mullin, the Republican nominee to replace retiring Rep. Dan Boren (D), has openly criticized President Obama’s economic stimulus package throughout his campaign. The stimulus was a “horrible waste of taxpayer dollars,” said Mullin, who will give the GOP’s national address this weekend.

Mullin’s plumbing company, however, received $370,000 in stimulus funding, the Associated Press found last month:

Worse, it was to do work on the Indian Reservations!!!
