Did some measuring of 4 different blade sets with my Koll Rotor Pro balancer. Thought to share the results with you guys:

For Spanwise CG from most inward to most outward:

Stick Banger Radix 710 the most inward
Radix V2 710 a bit further out
Mavrick G5 Flybarless 710 a bit further
Edge 713 Flybarless v1 the most outward

For Chordwise CG from most tail heavy to most nose heavy:

Mavrick G5 is the most tail heavy CG blade
Radix 710 Stick Banger is a bit further in towards nose heavy
Radix V2 and Edge 713 FBL the most noseheavy and same CG

Weights on the blades:

Stick Banger Radix 710 is the lightest at 6.6oz
Radix V2 710 and Edge 713 FBL are the next heaviest at 6.9oz
Mavrick G5 is the heaviest at 7.0oz

Physical Specs:

Edge 713 is 59.5mm chord, 713mm long
Radix SB is 63.7mm chord, 710mm long
Radix V2 is 64.0mm chord, 710mm long
Mavrick G5 is 65mm chord, 710mm long

Thought you might find this of interest,

Main Blade Specs.
Raja: Correct me if I'm wrong, but here is my interpretation of a tail heavy blade. A tail heavy blade has the CG rearward towards the trailing edge (producing a leading blade) while a nose heavy blade has the CG towards the front edge (producing a lagging blade). Sound right?

thats about right considering what style of flight they are intended for...
and confirms what I thought about blades that have alot of bite...then "3D style blades" then refers to a blade with a CG further aft from the leading edge (chordwise) and a spanwise CG that is closer to the root.

Thanks for the info.

showing a preference will only get you into trouble, 90% of everything is crap...

I don't know about alot of bite
But I do know that the Mavrick blades make alot of noise and seem less "stable" to me.

However if you're looking for responsive, the stick banger blade seems to maneuver the fastest but also seems less locked in.

I'd think you'ld need to measure several sets of each variety to be certain that there is the right consistency nd more importantly run oem form of deflection stress test: core and skin charcateristics will be as/more important...

Nice info... I will be purchasing a Koll Pro soon (yes, I can't believe I don't have one either) and want to see how the Rail 716s measure in comparison. The Radix 710V2 is highly recommended for the TDR, but I will be using the 716s.

My first Raptor 903D gasser has the G5 Mavrik 710's and they feel great. Im completing my 2nd Raptor 90SE gasser and i purchased the Radix v2 710's. I am curious to see if i will actually feel a difference with my ability level.
