I have two chargers...a max 50w (silver) and a max 200w (green).

Both chargers take an hour or so to recharge the same size battery. A 6s 2600mah 35c lipo battery.

I suppose I was thinking the 200w would charge in 25min vs 60...am I wrong?

If you charge at 1C, ANY charger will take approx 1 hour to charge ANY pack.

You need to charge at settings higher than 1C to reduce the charge time. The capabilities of the charger have nothing to do with the chrage time. It is the settings you tell the charger to work at.

Great thanks. For some reason I was thinking it would be dangerous to charge greater than 1c

Make sure your batteries can take more than 1C. It could damage the cells and become dangerous.

Most of my batteries are "off brand" turnegy, flightmax...I'm not sure they say. Suppose I should play it safe and only charge at 1c?

I believe you can charge them @ 2C but check on the packs or look up the packs size and brand to find out the max charge rate.
