I think its a great heli a couple of tips to make it better if it doesn't have it already gromets on swash and better batterys something like nano teck really wakes it up stock batts are very weak. And later maybe mh swash and blade grips i have there stuff and ready heli brushless and it gets more air time than my 500 so much fun and really takes a beTing have fun also recomend nano so far its been a blast good luck

Minimize the upgrades and you may really like it.

It's not a 3D machine, more like a 2.5D machine.

IMO , the only upgrades needed are the swash and the extend tail boom. The rest is bling.

Enjoy

I agree thats all you need but i couldnt stop i have full metal head brushless set and stock xl tail it gets the most flight time of my helis so fun. One thing i would stay away from is mh frame and skids my buddy has it and it breaks very easy im still on my original frame and skids 7 months

Xl boom will make a big difference
If its a bnf and you have a computer radio you can set idle up at 100 and lower your pitch a bit it also gets a little better when the motors breakin better lipos also

So far i lowered the pitch range throttle is running a flat 100

I bought a dx6i for the mcpx running

travel adjust

thro 100% aile 100%
elev 100% rudd 125%
gyro 100% pitc 68%

d/r & expo

aile 0 60% + 30%
elev 0 60% + 30%
rudd 0 100% + IHH

with managment the tail holds but you really have to baby it. FFF tail is rock solid

Mabey one day i will actually land one of these things !!
