Hey guys, I have this odd "whipping" occasionally when I do a back flip, the flip starts normally and then the heli just "whips" about 20 degrees suddenly to it's normal stopping position.

Gain too high? Too low?

Too much cyclic? It's setup pretty fast.

Not sure how to troubleshoot this one.

Silverline (latest software)

Any help appreciated, I'm pretty good with the V-Bar but a bit confused.

Just spitballing here but have you checked the sensor tape?

Are the wires leading to the sensor secure?

Did you check your 'event log' for 'elevator sensor out of range' errors? If you have those in the timeline approximate to your weird back flips than then that extra quick movement may not have been initiated by the Vbar?

Nothing .. no odd entries in the event log, sensor wire isolated and loose, can't figure this one out, very odd.

Can we assume your error log is totally clean, not even any random 'checksum' errors? Is your sensor hard mounted with the supplied tape or 3M tape? Have you looked at all your flying modes to make sure you don't have uneven travel on the Elv channel in one mode? If all else fails try another sensor.

Yea, been through all that .. nothing notable in the logs, the normal/typical stuff is there but nothing that happens around the events .. I'll check the travel next .. it only does it occasionally on backwards elevator flips .. I'm thinking it may just be too fast and I need to bring the rates down, it's a little rocket ship for sure.
