Hey Guys,

Has anyone heard of, or had any experience with the Gasserman gas conversion kits? I am thinking of getting one of these but am a little skeptical because I've never heard of one till recently. I have of course heard of the Century, and Helibug kits, but, it is nice to see another player in the conversion game. Any help would really be great. Thanks!

Take offs are optional, landings are mandatory!

I bought one, biggest piece of rc crap I have ever seen. I would recommed you stick with what works and has company support like Century, helibug.

If you do an internet search I am sure you will find all kinds of info on it.

Which is worse, ignorance or apathy? I don't know and I don't care!

There are lots of us with the conversion and it works real well. It is also a lot less expensive than other conversions but does take a modelers touch to convert as the instructions are lousy.

I was seriously tempted to get a gasserman kit for an old R60, due to its very competitive price, but was discouraged by the same lack of info...seems like noone s having/discussing it

funny, i tried asking a gasserman question on another forum in the past (asking about his blades) and I couldn't even type in gasserman, the site has that term BLOCKED. I was told it was because of such poor dealing with the company

There was a very good reason. Check ALL of this out and make up your own mind. The guy was/is very bad news.

Our club has a bunch of them and they fly awesome. Not saying anything else about the company just it is a great inexpensive conversion that works really well.
