This clipped design is the same design that's been used on all past MA machines. Its a very well proven design. I never had a single one fail or slip on me in all my years flying MA machines. There is also ZERO play in any of mine (new and very old ones). 777er.... if you haven't gotten one already... grab one and yank on it and i think you'll realize its very trustworthy

I think the point is, you don't have to buy it. Send in your current one and they replace it for free.

You can also purchase it if you like, any dealers that carry Miniature Aircraft will have access to the part.

If you have one, you may also send it in.

Why not follow the instructions provided instead of acting like a victim here.

You've been afforded multiple opportunities to have it replaced by the company and yet you are now depending on a team member to solve YOUR issue instead of contacting the manufacturer directly.

Thanks Mike and I have declined on multiple occasions as well.

What makes you think I am playing victim? I simply took up on zoomtt's gracious offer which I will pass on to the buyer who bought my Whip for a song.

The local fliers decided for themselves so what makes you think I asked them to solve my problem?I would really appreciate it if you could back your statement up with evidence.

The evidence is in this thread.

If you don't own the machine then simply have the new owner contact MA to get the new part.

If your willing to take one from a team member that has to pay for his parts vs taking one directly from the manufacturer I think that's a little sleazy.

The company has time and time again tried to help you but you keep resisting.

You're making it extremely tough to help you.

Devious17, you have been posting about this for over a month now. Take the part off and ship it to them for replacement, or don't. In either case get over it and move on.

Good point
wow i am willing to bet he dont even own a whippy!!
But to clear it up, here is a trivia question for devious17:

On the whiplash gasser one way driver for the start shaft, the bearing part numbers on the one way, do they face up when instaled on motor or face down?

If he's got a whiplash, he should be able to answer this easily

I built mine a month ago AND just looked at the manual and still don't know what you are talking about.

Its not in the manual, its on the part if you have the helicopter/built it you can look and see this.

Just thought to put something that you can't answer unless you have the model (i.e. can't look at pictures or the manual to answer it).

Thanks Rudy2 - I'll do just that.

@zoomtt - forget it, I never expected you to pull through anyway.

@mike - Are you still with MA? I only respond to MA ,by they way, prove it that I am using my mate and on his expense to have mine replaced 'sleazily'. I'll put up a YouTube saying I am sorry OTHERWISE you say yours.Own up.

Out of respect for Rudy2, I'll keep my silence until mike furnishes the evidence.
