Awesome looking all the way around Chris! Can't wait to see this thing fly in person.
It's a beast. My buddy Wes Tyson put it through a bit more torture than I can do to test the tail hold out. Works great. Has silly power. Still chasing a head bobble 1550 RPM but that is probably just dampers. At 1650 it holds great and no bobble.

Rather than trying out a bunch of different dampers you could pop your existing ones out and wrap a piece or two of electrical tape around them to see if that's the case. If that solves it, you'll know you probably need bigger/thicker dampers.

I actually think the dampers are too stiff. They are made for a head doing 2000+ rpm, I am trying to turn nearly half that. They seem to do ok at 1000rpm, as Matt has proven, but I think I am getting into a Harmonic range or something trying to run 1450.

I just realized what I considered head bobble/wobble is different than what it actually is. (Thanks!) So sorry, my suggestion was more based on the thought of something being too loose and having a lot of play versus thinking about it in the opposite manner. My apologies!

1450/1550/1650 RPMs
That's were you flew my Diabolo at, with 750mm blades.
I agree that any wobble is due to the dampners being too hard, even though he 750 blades have more inertia.

Did you noticed any difference in accelerating and max foward speed?

How long are the flights using 1500RPM average?
It must be sick efficient with that motor and setup.

Would also try EDGE 120mm tails if you can clear them if you need more tail.

I have the Rail 116 tails, they clear, 120s probably would be fine.

At 1650, this thing is stupid fast. I want to check the weight, but I keep forgetting to bring it to work to put on the calibrated postal scale.

At 1650 there is no wobble and it tracks well. I tuned the VBar a bit to get rid of the slight tail kick on hard collective input, but now that is gone.

According to the logs, I am asking for 100% motor output power just about the whole flight, I might be asking the ESC to stretch to much to get 1650. GOing to put the 15t pinion in and see if I can get 1650 with a touch more over head. I have no problem seeing 100% out on hard moves, but with my sport style, I wouldn't expect it to be 100% just about all the time. I did see a few 4400watt moments on my buddy Wes' tail test flight.

Here is the video of me flying it, and then Wes trying to make the tail blow out.

As far as your torque tube, try aluminium arrow shafts. You can cut them to size.
