Yes, Plug in heli with TX off, when blue lite is blinking on heli, hold bind button in on tx and turn the TX on, Hold until it binds

The XP9303 is the 72 MHz version of the 9303. If you have the Spektrum AirModule installed to make it a 2.4 GHz radio, then yes.

The X9303 is the 2.4 GHz native mode version...
