I'm trying to decide on a flybarless conversion for my 600le. What are some pros/cons between the DFC and EFL flyberless heads?

DFC flies great, but for Nitro birds you have to make up your own main shaft for the moment.
EFL may be a bit simpler

The mainshaft is worth the trouble.

DFC head on 600N is the way to go.

But as stated above, you need to cut down the main shaft by 20mm and drill a new hole. I used a grinder and drill press.

Good luck.

It is probably for the electric model. There are no DFC shafts made currently for the nitro 600.

Ron Lund makes one too. I have also talked to Patrick at KDE about making one.

Here is a video of bparro's and why everyone with a 600 needs to put a DFC head and a 91 in it

Gear ratio is 7.39 with a 23t pinion. Muffler is a hatori sb16. The engine is actually a ys91st running byrons fuel.
