RC logger is very nice because it attaches to the blade. Alternatively you have the BeastX bevel box or other normal construction boxes like it that work fine.

I use the BeastX Bevel Box because it has magnets on it that I use with the blade bolts. I snug up the bolt just a bit then clip it on and it holds well.

I have no experience with the others mentioned.

If you can wait until the end of August rclogger will be releasing the version 2 which will do swash, main and tail blade measurements.

Rc logger works great. I would wait for V2 and get the kit. I own and have used the Align one. It is backlit and It works with low light conditions.

Why not go digital? It's just as accurate, if not more so and if nothing else it's way easier to read. Attach, move stick, oh here's your number sir please leave your settings here.

This is a decent tool for the price, make a quick adapter to mount to the blade grip with a bolt and good to go.

Digital is easier to work with if to don't have a hole like trex dos to mount a fly bar. I made the switch and it is faster and easier than the old way. And best of all repeatable. I won't go back.

I have one of those, works fine if you don't have any vibration or extraneous part movement issues (It has trouble settling down). I have tried to use it to measure datum angles in aircraft while in flight. Also . . . it's very heavy for model heli use.

I'm very happy with the first version RC Logger, and don't see the need to upgrade to the latest one.

I've used an ipod with a "level" app attached to a pitch gauge - works well. I would imagine you could get good results with an Android device with a level app installed also.

I've also used an old standard level and it works just fine if your heli has the "head button fake flybar" attachment.
