Can anyone tell me what the acceptable levels for IR in a 3S 2200mah pack would be. Some of our packs are getting older, but still balance and charge just fine, but I want to keep an eye on the IR.

I am also trying to figure out if the hitec X4 charger has the capability to check the IR of the pack

IR varies alot depending on temperature and state of charge. Ide say with a 2200mah pack anything below 20mOhms per cell on average is ok.

60% of the time, it works every time!

Depends on the C rating of the packs. I have some 40C 2250 Rhino packs that have IR of 4-5mOhm per cell at full charge. Even my 4 year old 20C 2200 Hextronix packs have IR of 9-10mOhm per cell.

If you are getting accurate IR readings of 20mOhm per cell, they are long past time to be retired.
