DJI Computer Software Assistant Buggy
I downloaded the DJI Assistant software on my PC and can't get it to register, which is required before you can use it to setup your Naza or Wookong controller. I keep getting a Time Out error "The network is abnormal, check the network status." There is nothing wrong with my network. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue? TIA!

It's probably your email address. My spam filter kept the software from registering when it didn't contact me back and when that happens the software doesn't find the server and it doesn't run.

Try a Gmail or Yahoo account.

Thanks Terry. I tried a Yahoo account and it still didn't work. Any other ideas? I found some other forum thread that said it was a network issue at DJI. It seems many people have had this problem. I guess I'll call them on Monday.

IF you have one of the fancy stupid smart phones then try your gmail addy or make a gmail addy to use. I had a problem myself and I have comcast service, i was cussing DJI cause it was keeping me from getting my 550 setup and flying for the weekend. I was advised to use a gmail or some other addy, due to some issue comcast has with not delivering the needed email, and it worked fine. I had it setup and ready to go in 15 minutes.

Finally got the Assistant to work last night. Found the DJI email in my Yahoo mail junk folder. Worked like a champ after activating (clicking on DJI email) and getting the correct driver loaded.

Also got an email from DJI this morning. They may have fixed the issue with Comcast email accounts.

DJI problem
I am fighting comm problem, I have been through system many times. I have removed and loaded software several times. I get all indications that it should be communicating but the same result, MC Output bat flashing and nothing else active. My driver is the RAR file which I can't seem to convert. I have tried different links and advise from many of you. I am flustrated and dedicated to solve this. Others have solved this problem just not me. I am humbled and I need help.

DJI problem
Well a day and half trying to program naza, I am now resigned to looking at my scorpion paperweight. Why can't I just get a driver in proper format? This should be in the naza package. I work with my hands making sculpture everyday, this has worn me out. Istill need help. I tried the 7_zip, will have to spend some time just figuring that out. Does anyone have a driver copy that is useable on windows 7 ?
