Notchy when I give collective ds610
I can't figure this out. I am running align 610 servos on my N5c and also on a trex 600le I'm setting up for my dad. I have the swashplate servo frequency set to 200Hz. On my n5c collective is smooth. On the trex the movement is very notchy. I have read that this happens and it doesn't affect flight, but it just doesn't seem right. When moved by hand everything on the trex is smooth. Any ideas?

I looked more at this and it appears to be the elevator servo. When moved by hand it feels fine. When I use the transmitter it seems like it goes the direction I give but then feels like it goes the opposite way just a bit when I stop the stick movement like its catching up. Also, during fast stick movements it seems to give the notchy noise as soon as I give the stick movement. Should I pull the servo and check the gears or is this something common in the 610?
