Need new motor.

Need a direct replacement for my align rcm-bl600xl.
Any ideas? Don't see this model anywhere.Also need new speed controller, beginner flyer, like to stay on the cheaper side...
I see the bl600mx, is that a newer motor?

Got a 600xl motor, not sure if it's shorted out during a speed controller problem, how can I test to see if this motor is still good?

Do you have a buddy with a good ESC that you can plug into?

You could put an OHM meter across two wires at a time, check them all, you should get a reading across all wires.Bill Whittaker

If I am not mistaken, that is for a 600 size heli. If you want a decent motor on the cheaper side, I use a Turnigy T600 from hobby king.com. Get the 1100KV with the 17T pinion and it will work fine for a beginner. When you want more power, upgrade the battery to a 8s and 14T pinion and hold on the wild ride.Trex 700E / Trex 500 ESP - Ikon/ HD 500 - Ikon 2/ Goblin 500 Ikon 2
