One more quick idea, can't tell from video and the odds of this are slim but I have seen people do it before. Are your tail blades spinning the correct way, they are not on backwards are they?Rick

I dont exactly know what you mean. When I look at the tail rotor from the right side the blades are spinning counterclockwise!

Boom support/horizontal fin clamp may be causing the vib.
I removed the boom support and horizontal fin and the vibrations are 50% less.
When I remove additional the tail rotor blades the vibrations are completely gone, hurray...!

But what does this mean exactly? I have no clue, I can not fly without tail blades, or should I try...

As usual, the blades can move freely!

"I dont exactly know what you mean. When I look at the tail rotor from the right side the blades are spinning counterclockwise!"

The thin edge of the blade is leading instead of trailing.

Those blades are correct, paused the video at start. The link hardware is leading and running counter-clockwise also, so we know the grips are spinning right also. Check this video out, I also did this tonight minus the belt drive part: Step 12

Yes, it is moving freely without any strange noise, so should be the right one!

Do you mean that the ratio of the rpm of the tail rotor compared to the main rotor is higher with the Pro than the ESP.

i know that the gear for the pro is bigger in diameter, not sure about the teeth count. i messed up and ordered the wrong gear once and thats how i found out. ill check on my break and cound the teeth on both gears for comparison. im out of ideas bud, did you move the bearing on the tt to the aft half instead of the forward half? or as Jsenica recomended, putting two bearings on the tt so that they are unevenly spaced.

At this point, changing your skids might fix it, nothing else has made any sense so far.

update
I am fed up big time now and the only solution for me will be to sell this heli and stay away forever from this Align crap...
It can not be that buying something expensive from Align is like in a raffle that it might work or not!
If they are not able to keep their quality control up to an certain level than "good by".

I had a bent shaft on a motor which caused vibrations throughout the heli at higher rpms.

The gaui x4 is an up and coming bird getting solid reviews, uses your same 500 batteries, servos, and blades too. Haven't read one tail vibe issue with them either.
