As we warned in a post last August when Obama halted deportations for what we were told was a mere â300,000 peopleâ, that Obamaâs bypassing Congress with his lawless decrees would eventually result in unconditional amnesty for millions of illegal aliens, due to loosened DHS critieria announced at that time. We knew it was just the beginning.The media âfact checkersâ attacked SWAâs claims as âfalseâ â by taking the Administrationâs word for it. Now those media lapdogs have been proven to be fools, as was proven today.Today, the two men who represent the rank and file of American immigration enforcement spoke out to expose the lies.ICE Agent Chris Crane is President of the National Immigration and Customs Enforcement Council, the union representing Americaâs 7,200 ICE agents and personnel. Border Patrol Agent George McCubbin, III is President of the National Border Patrol Council, the union representing Americaâs more than 17,000 border agents and personnel.Agent Crane totally exposed the lies and revealed that âlimited prosecutorial discretionâ has no limits, and that âqualified aliensâ do not require any qualifications to receive blanket amnesty from this corrupt Administration. As Crane detailed: For example, âprosecutorial discretionâ for âDreamersâ is solely based on the individualâs claims. Our orders are: if an alien said they went to high school, then let them go. If they say they have a GED, then let them go. officers have been told that there is NO burden for the alien to prove anything, even with the greatly relaxed new policies the alien is not even required to prove that they meet any of the new criteria. At this point, we donât understand why DHS even has criteria at all, as there is no requirement or burden to prove anything on the part of the alien. We believe that significant numbers of people who are not Dreamers are taking advantage of this practice to avoid arrest.Crane also detailed one recent incident in El Paso, Texas, where a criminal illegal alien assaulted an ICE agent, and not only was not charged for his crime, but was RELEASED as a âDreamerâ under Obamaâs insane decree.Agent McCubbin then ridiculed DHS Secretary Janet Napolitanoâs claim that the border was safer than ever, saying his men and women know it is the opposite, and that Napolitano and her staff know it.This changes everything. No one can deny the lies any longer. There is nothing to do but effect âregime changeâ on November 6th. And then there's the whole discouragement of private investment thing, which Chavez's nationalizing of industry has tended to do.With both chief executives championing failed economic philosophies and class envy, it would only be polite for Obama to send Chavez to a thank you note for his words of support.
